best deals around, it's important that we handle inquiries as quickly as possible.
Generally, we can provide more extensive information via e-mail, while avoiding
potentially long hold times on the phone. We place the highest priority on e-mail inquiries and reply rapidly!
• If you use AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo or any other on-line e-mail service, please note that their junk mail / spam filters regularly reject many legitimate e-mails. If you have not received a reply from us within 3-4 hours on a working day then it is more than likely that our reply has been rejected and sent back to us as undeliverable. Please check your junk mail folder (if you have one) to see if our reply has been placed their! Alternatively, try to contact us using another e-mail account.
• We hope you understand that due to fierce competition on the internet, we
must keep our overheads to a bare minimum, allowing us to pass on savings directly
to customers in the form of lower prices and better service!
• If you do call us, you will be requested to leave a voicemail message. A customer service representative will then respond to your inquiry by e-mail, fax or phone.
