1. Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site, and click on any items that you wish to buy, click the 'Add to cart' button and then go to the checkout to confirm your order. You will then see a list of the goods ordered along with the cost of postage. To continue shopping, click the back button on your browser. After you have finished making your selections, click on "Checkout" in the shopping basket and you will be asked for further details for your order to be processed. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct address details, including a valid zip code. You must enter the correct billing address (ie the address where the card used is registered) for security reasons.
We accept all major debit/credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express. We also accept Paypal from verified Paypal users only. We do not accept checks, postal or money orders of any kind. It is simply too time consuming and costly for us to accept these forms of payment.
2. Product and Delivery Prices
Product prices are clearly shown at the end of each product listing. Prices are displayed in US Dollars. We do not charge Sales Tax as we are posting from the UK to the USA. Accordingly, buyers will be required to pay US State or Federal Import Duty /Sales Tax when the goods enter the USA. We recommend the buyer speaks to their local Customs Office or one of the following US Customs websites for Import Duty assistance:

Delivery prices are calculated according to the weight of the order. A total price is shown at checkout.
3. Security Considerations
We take online security very seriously. Occasionally, our on-line card authorisation providers, SecPay/WorldPay/PayPal, flag certain orders with warnings and cautions. This is usually due to irregularities in the card details provided, i.e non-billing address or variations on the name of the card holder. In these instances we will request proof of identity (drivers licence, passport, card statement with card number and transactions removed/covered) by fax. If you are unable to verify your identity, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the amount charged minus the fees levied by our on-line card authorisation service providers. Please note that these checks are necessary to safeguard legitimate transactions. If you feel this policy is inappropriate and you would prefer financial transactions to be executed without any form of security check then please do not place an order with us.
4. Acknowledgement of Orders
We will acknowledge receipt of all orders via e-mail where a valid email address is given. If you do not receive an email acknowledgment from us, check your SPAM folder or email us. The email acknowledgement will contain a unique order number, details of the order together with the total price. We cannot be held responsible for e-mail addresses that are rejected or returned as undeliverable.
5. Delivery Schedule
All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on a working day (subject to stock availability) from our warehouse in the United Kingdom (U.K). Delivery times will vary between 7 days and 10 days. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and on UK and USA National Holidays, as these are not considered working days by the respective postal services. We shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
If a delay is likely with dispatching your order, we will inform you, and you will be given the option to cancel your order with a full refund. If an order is returned undelivered, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel. In this case, we will deduct our actual postage charges for sending the item to you.
6. Postal Services
Orders to the USA are posted by Royal Mail's International Signed for Service or 1 st Class international Mail, depending on the value of the order. Generally, orders with a value of US$20 and more will be sent by the Royal Mail International Signed for Service. This service allocates a tracking number to the package, which can normally be tracked on www.usps.com, once the package has been scanned in the USA (the package will normally arrive in the USA 5 days after posting from the UK).
Royal Mail's International Signed service requires a signature on delivery at the delivery address. If the postal tracking states a package has been signed for at the delivery address, it is deemed delivered. We cannot accept responsibility for items misplaced at the delivery address or signed for by the wrong person at the delivery address. It is up to the purchaser to ensure their delivery address is safe and secure for delivery of their order.
7. Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions
We offer a Money Back Guarantee on a select number of products. Only products displaying the symbol opposite are covered by our full satisfaction money back guarantee. Please read the following Terms & Conditions before making your purchase ( these Terms and Conditions are in addition to the any other Terms and Conditions stated). Non-adherence of these conditions will void the guarantee:
• All Money Back Guarantees offered by Body4Real.us are subject to a maximum period of 30 days, unless otherwise stated, from date of purchase. No refund claims outside of this period will be considered.
• A maximum of 1 unit of the smallest size of any specific product may be claimed under the guarantee; this is more than sufficient to evaluate the effectiveness of any product that we offer for sale.
• The original product container (jar, bottle, tube, etc.), including any remaining product, must be returned to us in reasonable condition. We send them back to the manufacturer for testing and they are also required to substantiate our claim against the manufacturers own guarantee scheme.
When returning used items, covered by our money back guarantee if not completely satisfied, please complete the following steps:
(a) e-mail us for a returns RMA number; returns without an authorised RMA number will not be accepted.
(b) return the remainder of the goods in question to us in appropriate packaging (make sure all open bottles are sealed tightly to prevent leakage), carriage paid and we will refund you the price paid for the goods minus the cost of post & packaging. Where FREE Shipping is stipulated, this is treated as a discount on the retail price of the goods. The actual cost of post & packaging will be subtracted from the purchase price when calculating the refund. Please note that all original containers, e.g. bottles, must be retained by you and returned to us when claiming a refund. All items are returned to the manufacturer for quality assurance testing;
(c) enclose a letter describing (in as much detail as possible) how you used the item in question and the result. Please include the name of the product, approximate number of applications, and details of any unexpected results. We receive a tiny number of returns and all feedback is sent to the manufacturer for use in research & development of the product in question.
We offer the Money Back Guarantee at our cost in good will and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee. Please note that all products remain the property of Body4Real.us unless the guarantee expires or is forfeit by the customer. As such we expect products to be returned to us in good condition, and should not be damaged beyond reason. This is especially true for non-consumable products like electric shavers, etc.
We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.

8. Order Cancellation
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the goods ordered then you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended from time to time ("the Distance Regulations"). Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as new when you return them to us; so you should not use or open any sealed packaging. We have the right to reject any goods which have been used, unsealed, tampered with or damaged whilst in your care. If you have any questions about the goods or need help on deciding whether or not to keep them, please contact Customer Services for more information.
(a) You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched. You must contact us by telephone, in writing, by fax or by e-mail to cancel your order. On cancellation of your order, the price paid for the goods will be refunded to you within 15 days of cancellation;
(b) You have the right to cancel your order after dispatch. In this case, you must cancel your order within the 7 working days after you have actually received the goods by sending an e-mail to sales_@_Body4Real.us ( remove underscores from e-mail address (anti-spam measure) ). You must return the goods to us at the time of cancellation in their original packaging and original condition, carriage paid. We will allow for a period of up to 20 working days USA orders from the date of cancellation for you to return the goods. Unless otherwise stated, you should return products in using the Returns Label supplied. Please note, you must contact us to obtain a Returns Number (RMA ) before returning the goods. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
(c) When calculating the refund we will deduct the actual cost of post & packaging. Where FREE Shipping is stipulated, this is treated as a discount on the retail price of the goods. The actual cost of post & packaging will be subtracted from the purchase price when calculating the refund.
9. Returns Policy
If you want to return goods to Body4Real.us you must first confirm your request to us in writing by e-mail. The sales department will then issue you with a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number and provide instructions on where to return the goods in question to. Goods returned without an RMA will not be accepted and the customer will be asked to pay the shipping cost to return the goods in question to them.
When returning goods we recommend that you use a trackable postal service or other secure delivery. On receipt of your returned order and upon satisfaction as to the condition (unused) of the good(s), we will refund you the price paid for the goods minus the actual cost of post & packaging and credit/debit card processing fees as levied by our on-line card authorisation service providers.
(c) If you have received goods, which have been damaged in transit or are faulty then please notify us, within 7 working days of delivery and then return the goods to us for replacement or alternatively a refund minus the cost of post & packaging.
The above rights to cancel are subject to the following conditions:
(i) You must contact us by email at sales_@_Body4Real.us ( remove underscores from e-mail address (anti-spam measure) ) to advise of any cancellation. We will not accept returned items without prior notification, nor can we accept responsibility for any items returned without prior notification.
(ii) The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.
(iii)Where you properly cancel or return your order, a refund will be made to you within 15 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds are made via SecPay or WorldPay, our online credit / debit card processors, by UK company cheque or other secure method.
(iv) If you do not cancel your order either before dispatch or within 7 working days of receipt, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and no refund will be due to you.
10. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the TrustUK (Government initiative) Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We may send you offers by e-mail but will provide you with an option to opt-out from receiving any further marketing e-mails from us in the future. We reserve the right to contact you by e-mail in order to confirm your opt-in or opt-out status (this may occur in the event of a technical failure).

Body4Real.us is not the manufacturer of any of the products advertised on its web-site. We do not accept any liability for any claims made by the manufacturer as to the suitability or effectiveness of any product. However, we do test all our products to satisfy ourselves that they are of a high enough quality to be represented on our web site. All products are suitable for the vast majority of purchasers. If a customer deems that a product is not fit for its purpose then it is their responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly with their complaint. Body4Real.us is simply a retailer for products placed legally on the open market.
12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order for goods or services advertised by Body4Real.us, you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions as governing your order. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions specified here, then you must not order from Body4Real.us.
13. Credit Card Security
All credit card transactions are processed via leading on-line payment providers - WorldPay, SecPay or PayPal. By using these secure third parties you can be confident when making on-line payments. Please note that Body4Real.us deletes sensitive financial information relating to customer orders on a daily basis and does not keep credit card numbers on file.
14. Risk, Delivery and Performance
The goods are delivered to you when we make them available to you (within a maximum period of 30 days) or if earlier, on them being delivered at the address which we have agreed. Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to you. Goods will be despatched as soon as possible after our acceptance of your order.
We shall not be liable for any penalty, loss, injury, damage or expense arising from any delay or failure in delivery or performance from any cause outside our reasonable control such as acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought and fire.
Body4Real.us cannot be held accountable for delays attributed to carriers such as the Royal Mail, USPS or Couriers.
15. Making a Complaint
Complaints can be a useful source of information about how others see us, and how we are serving our customers. Whether the complaint is justified or not, the person making the complaint feels aggrieved with the service we provide. Therefore we have an established procedure for monitoring and dealing with complaints to restore the customer's confidence in Body4Real.us and to ensure that we respond positively to our customers needs. We endeavour to respond within 5 working days of receiving your complaint with steps we propose to resolve the issue(s) raised.
