Having Problems Adding Items to our Shopping Cart?

If you are having trouble adding items to our shopping cart, your browser may have Javascript disabled or high security settings may be preventing cookie information from being stored on your computer.

. Some anti-virus / firewall security applications can interefere with correct web site operation. Our shopping cart uses cookies to store order item(s) information. If your browser has Privacy set to a high level then our shopping cart will not work.

To fix the cookie problem in Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6.x):

1) Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu

2) Click on the "Privacy" page tab

3) Set the Privacy slider control to "Medium" or click on the "Default" button

4) Click on the "Ok" button to apply the changes.

To fix the cookie problem in Netscape Navigator (version 7.x):

1) Select "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu

2) Click on the down arrow next to the "Privacy & Security" menu option

3) Click on the "Cookies" menu option

4) Click on the "Enable cookies based on privacy settings" (default) or "Enable all cookies" option

5) Click on the "Ok" button.

If you have Javascript disabled:

Click on the "If you have disabled Javascript in your browser click here" link under the "User Login" section on the right hand side of our home page.

Notes:

• The procedure for changing cookie settings differs with each browser vendor and even between browser versions. Please consult your browser documentation if in doubt.

• Change the privacy settings of your browser through your anti-virus / firewall application if it has been installed and is used to control privacy / security on your computer.

• Please change your cookie setting back to its original setting after completing your purchase, unless you are happy with the current setting. Please bear in mind that many web sites use cookies to innocently store web site information to assist you while navigating their sites.
