How do I place an order?

• Enter a search term into the search box at the top left hand side of each page. Alternatively, you can navigate through all the products using the "Category" menu at the top left of each page.

• Read through the product details, by clicking the thumbnail picture, product title, or "See details" link and make sure the product is suitable for you.

• At the bottom of each product detail page, you will find pricing details and an option to add the item to your cart. Some product s also have options. In this case, simply select a product option from the list before adding the item to your cart.

You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" link in the menu at the top right of each page.

• When you have finished shopping, click on the "View Cart" or "Check out" link. Review the contents of the basket and delete any items you do not want by placing a zero (0) in the "Quantity" field or use the "Delete item" option.

• Click the "Check out" button to proceed to the next page, where you can enter your details (if you are not logged in already) and select a payment method.

• Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the order summary page. You will have to enter your credit/debit card details here (secure page) if that is your desired payment method. If PayPal is selected, no further information is required.

• Click the "Submit order" button.

• If you elected to pay via PayPal then you will be forwarded to the secure PayPal system where you can complete payment. If you elected to pay by credit/debit card then you will be forwarded to WorldPay secure payment system website.

• On successful completion of an order, an e-mail is sent to each customer confirming their order.
